Our Bridges neighborhood features a small and intimate design with only 12 memory care assisted living apartments. This neighborhood design encourages residents to bond and enjoy a warm, family feeling. The lifestyle offered within is familiar, comfortable and engaging.

Dining With Friends offers innovative solutions to the adverse effects dementia has on nutrition, hydration and socialization. This person-centered dining program specifically addresses these obstacles and inspires our memory care team to improve our residents’ lives.

The Town Square
Our assisted living lifestyle is centered around our Town Square. The community is designed to evoke memories of a 1950’s small town, featuring a lovely non-denominational chapel, movie theater, gift shop and cafe. There’s always something fun to do in the Town Square.
